These terms govern the provision of application customization ("rebrand") services by IPTVRebrand.
1. Nature of the service
We provide technical visual and functional customization services on top of third-party applications. We do not produce audiovisual content and we do not provide IPTV services. Each client is solely responsible for the content they distribute through the customized apps.
2. Payments
One-time payment in USD for each build delivered. No automatic renewals, no recurring charges. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe and cryptocurrencies.
3. Delivery times
Standard Android build: 48 business hours. Roku build: 72 business hours. Rush build: 24 hours with an additional charge.
4. Revisions
Each build includes a defined number of visual revision rounds. Additional changes or functionality changes are quoted separately.
5. Refund policy
Due to the nature of the customized digital product, no refunds are issued once build production has begun.
6. Post-delivery support
Free technical support during the first 30 days after delivery. After that: ongoing support available upon quote.
7. Responsibility for content
The client acknowledges and accepts being solely responsible for the content and IPTV service they distribute to their end users through the customized applications.
