Information we collect
Two different things. (1) If you hire us or create an account: name or alias, email, and if you provide them, WhatsApp and Telegram, plus your orders and tickets. We never ask for card or financial details. (2) If you only browse the site: we record the visit — the page you view, the date, your IP address, the browser and system you use, and which site you came from. That browsing detail is deleted automatically after 90 days; after that only a per-page count remains, with nothing that identifies you.
How we use it
- Activation, delivery, and support of your rebrand.
- Critical notifications (delivery, security updates).
- Knowing which pages and apps get viewed the most, so we can decide what to improve. Only we see it: it is never sold or shared.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not enroll you in external marketing campaigns.
- We do not share your identity with the upstream app providers.
- We do not collect usage data from the APKs delivered to your customers.
Measurement and advertising
Our visit statistics are ours and live on our own server: we do not use Google Analytics. If we ever run our own ad campaigns, this site may load the Meta pixel, which would receive browsing information; today it only turns on if it is configured. We also read the metrics Google Search Console gives us about our own site (searches and countries, always aggregated: Google does not tell us who you are).
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to service@iptvrebrandscr.com. If you have an account, from your profile you can download it all in one file and delete the account yourself, without asking anyone.
Cookies
We use technical cookies (your session, your language and the protection against fake form submissions) and one measurement cookie of our own that lasts a year: it stores a random number so we can tell a new visit from a returning one. That number carries neither your name nor your email. You can clear cookies from your browser whenever you want; the site keeps working the same. If we turn advertising on, the Meta pixel cookie would be added.
