On the right side of the home there is a vertical poster banner. That space is yours: you put there whatever you want your customers to see the moment they open the app.

You change the images from the panel, from your phone
This is the important part: the banner is not baked into the app. You manage it from a web page in the panel, and you can open it from your own phone. From there you upload new images, swap them or add more, and the app picks them up on its own in a few seconds.
